By accessing and using HytaleSL ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

HytaleSL is a server listing platform for Hytale game servers. We provide a directory where server owners can list their servers and players can discover servers to join. We are not affiliated with Hypixel Studios or the Hytale game.

3. User Accounts

To list a server, you must create an account using Discord or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Server Listings

When listing a server, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your server
• Only list servers you own or have permission to list
• Not list servers that host illegal content
• Not use deceptive practices to manipulate rankings
• Keep your server information up to date

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list servers or post content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Contains adult or explicit content without proper warnings
• Harasses or threatens other users

6. Voting and Bumping

Our platform includes voting and bumping features to help rank servers. You agree not to manipulate these systems through automated means, fake accounts, or any other deceptive practices. Violations may result in removal of your server listing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove any server listings at our discretion, particularly if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

8. Disclaimer

HytaleSL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of server listings, the availability of listed servers, or the safety of joining any server. Users connect to third-party servers at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

HytaleSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
